In August 2022, Akira Crenshaw embarked on a culinary journey by launching Southern Heaux Food-Truck. Southern Heaux was not only more than just a food truck with southern brunch cuisine, it was also a ground breaking experience for Little Rock, AR and surrounding areas. Southern Heaux grew quickly, creating a reputation for its fun atmosphere, unique menu names, and delicious breakfast meals. January 2024, Akira announced the beginning of renovations for the first Southern Heaux Restaurant, later opening late 2024.
